Sponsorships & Key Accounts will be responsible for ideating, designing, selling and executing event based media plans that drive business results through an identified list of key accounts.
This position requires a high performing self driven creative individual to collborate and work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented cross functional team across Brand, Sales and Editorial.
The position will also be responsible for researching and evaluating suitable sponsorship opportunities, basis seasonality, business verticals and reader/client engagement for enhancing our Brand Equity
Marketing: Developing custom event marketing and advertising strategies, long- and short-term plans for specified sectors
Market research: Keeping up with customer trends and predicting future trends basis sales, verticals and seasonality
Brand identity: Ensuring the brand is consistent and recognizable across all platforms and adds value to clients and advertisers
Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to articulate the brand's vision and engage with stakeholders
Revenue : Achieve the monthly, quarterly revenue targets basis event calendar
Budgeting: Adhering to budgets at all times
Analysis: Post event ROI indicators and areas of improvement
Leadership: Inspiring and motivating your team, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative work environment including event partners, clients, internal and external stakeholders
Relationship building: Building relationship with clients ensuring brand consistency and regular and repeat business
