Site Supervisor

- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that construction activities are executed as per design, timeline, and safety standards.

- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and subcontractor performance.

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow on-site.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and share them with senior management.

- Ensure that construction materials and workmanship comply with project specifications, standards, and approved drawings.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure rectification of any non-conformities.

- Verify and interpret construction drawings and perform layout and leveling work on-site.

- Take accurate site measurements for billing and execution purposes.

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental guidelines, and company policies.

- Conduct safety toolbox talks and maintain a safe working environment.

- Manage and track the availability of labor, equipment, and materials on site.

- Coordinate timely procurement of construction materials in line with project requirements.

- Maintain site records including material delivery notes, inspection checklists, work permits, and site diaries.

- Prepare and verify bills for contractors and subcontractors based on site progress.

- Address any technical or operational challenges arising on-site by liaising with relevant stakeholders.

- Offer quick, practical solutions to keep project timelines on track.
