K9HR SOLUTIONS is Looking For Graphic Designer As Follows;

Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and design a high volume of creative assets for various marketing

campaigns (store promotions, franchise lead generation).

o Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively

communicate the narrative.

o Create engaging visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and

Google Display Ads.

o Adapt designs for print media, including newspaper advertorials and local

marketing collateral.

o Collaborate closely with the social media handler and marketing team to

understand creative requirements and campaign objectives.

o Create or adapt designs primarily in Gujarati, with English as needed.

o Manage a library of brand assets and ensure brand consistency across all

visuals.

o Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media visual best

practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

o Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing

digital and print work (especially for F&B or retail brands is a plus).

o Proficiency in design software (., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Premiere Pro/After Effects for basic video is a

plus).

o Ability to understand and translate brand narratives and marketing objectives

into impactful visual designs.

o Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and

layout principles.

o Experience designing for various social media platforms and ad formats.

o Ability to work with Gujarati fonts and create bilingual designs.

o Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet

deadlines.

o Good communication and teamwork skills.
