about the role:

vimerse infotech inc is seeking an experienced sap successfactors ec consultant with strong expertise in people analytics to drive hr transformation initiatives. the role requires hands-on experience in ec implementation, support, and optimisation, along with the ability to design and deliver impactful analytics and reporting solutions.

key responsibilities:

configure and support sap successfactors ec modules (position management, workflows, business rules, data models).

lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders for ec and reporting needs.

design, develop, and maintain people analytics (stories, dashboards, advanced reporting).

collaborate with hr and it teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of hr data across ec and analytics platforms.

provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancements.

deliver user training and documentation.

stay updated with quarterly releases and recommend adoption of new features.

required skills:

strong expertise in sap successfactors ec implementation and configuration.

hands-on experience with people analytics – stories, tiles, dashboards, calculated columns, and workforce analytics.

knowledge of data models, mdf objects, foundation objects, business rules.

experience with report center, report canvas, advanced reporting.

familiarity with sap analytics cloud (sac) for people analytics (preferred).

understanding of data privacy, gdpr, and role-based permissions in reporting.
