Team Leader Sales
Roles and responsibilities-
1. Training of the Sales Executive.
2. Planning, Scheduling and arranging meetings with the Sales Team.
3. Fixing Sales Target for Sales Team.
4. Taking reports from the Sales Team.
5. Fixing Appointments with the owner/ Head / decision maker to show and explain the features of the products.
6. Visiting the clients to show and explain the features of the various products.
7. Pitching and Closing deals.
8. Payment collection and follow up for recovery from Sales Team.
9. After sales relation maintenance with clients.
10. Coordination with Back Office coordinator and accounts personnel.
11. Reporting to Management.
