Hybrid Solar energy solutions is urgently looking for bright and Self Motivated individuals for their Call center in Pune.

Hbyrid Solar energy solutions is one of the most competitive solary provider in Australia.

Candidates should have good English Communication Skills.

Positive Attitude, Self Motivated, Drive for Excellence, Great Written Skills,Prestige Phone Skills,Customer Service Oriented, Goal Digger Mindset, Money Motivated.

Must be punctual, professional and have a great over the phone presence.

Able to generate interest in solar.

Preferred Skills:

At least one year of sales experience in a call center environment preferrably in solar industry.

Looking for outgoing calls sales experience (not in-bound customer service).

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate information to homeowners about companies solar products and benefits of switiching to solar energy.

Generate quotation for them and send in the contract for sale.

Convert the leads(potential customers) to customer over a call by ensuring they agree to the quotation and sign the contract.

Communicated professionally and courteously.

Effectively communicate financing options to clients.

Meet monthly sales quotas.

Attend mandatory meetings and training programs.

Perform other duties as needed.

Schedule:

APAC timing (Mon-Fri).

Expected salary:

15K -25K

Additionally we would give incentives for achieving weekly sales conversion targets.

The higher your sales closure rate bigger your incentive would be.
