Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping environment in our Nashik store or sales location.

Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their specific needs, preferences, and requirements for our [Specify Products/Services].

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our [Specify Products/Services], including features, benefits, and pricing.

Product Presentation: Clearly and effectively present our [Specify Products/Services] to customers, highlighting their value and addressing any questions or concerns.

Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close sales deals.

Handling Objections: Address customer objections and concerns professionally and provide suitable solutions.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related products or services to maximize sales.

Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

Maintaining Store Appearance (If applicable): Ensure the sales floor or display area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Inventory Knowledge (If applicable): Have a basic understanding of product inventory and assist with restocking as needed.

Cash Handling and Transactions (If applicable): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, card payments, and generating receipts.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support, building positive relationships with customers in the Nashik community.

Follow-up (If applicable): Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.

Reporting: Provide basic sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.

Local Market Awareness: Stay informed about local customer preferences and any relevant market trends in Nashik.
