- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth in the generator and solar energy segments.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and business channels to drive revenue.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to meet individual and departmental targets.
- Handle negotiations, closures, and long-term contracts with high-value customers.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and trade event participation to enhance brand visibility.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for government and private tenders.
- Ensure compliance with bidding procedures and manage timely submissions.
- Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Provide insights and forecasts to management for product development and pricing strategy.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to build long-term customer relationships.
