- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism as they enter the store.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gold ornaments and accessories.

- Educate customers on gold weight, making charges, hallmarking, and care tips.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.

- Contribute to overall store sales performance and profitability.

- Assist in the daily stock display, tagging, and arrangement of gold ornaments.

- Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records as required.

- Ensure proper documentation for purchases, warranties, and returns.

- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-ups.

- Maintain a customer database for loyalty programs, festive promotions, and re-engagement.

- Ensure attractive and organized display of gold items in showcases to draw customer attention.

- Assist in seasonal and promotional décor planning in the showroom.

- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

- Escalate complex issues to the store manager when necessary.

- Follow security protocols for handling and showcasing high-value items.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.

- Actively support promotional events, in-store festivals, and gold-buying schemes.
