Below is the Job Opening details:

Position - Sales Executive

Location - Kolkata

Industry - Real Estate

Salary- As per Industry Standards + incentives

Experience - Min 3 years of Experience in Real Estate Co.

Job Duties:

To maintain a good relationship with Developers Sales Team- has to create the Developers Sales Team trust in all ways possible.

Self-presence for Digital Marketing / Social Media / Print Media creativity of Designing for Advertisement purpose after discussion with head.

Inventory List Manage Inventory List from time to time and co-ordinate with the Developer Sales Team.

CRM Updating and Customer Calling.

Site Visit as per Customer Demand / Availability.

Develop strategies for more effective sales.

Documentation Preparation (i) Brokerage with Developers, (ii) Between Buyer and Seller with the help of Management.

Track all Appointments, Sales, Complaints, Status Reports, etc. thoroughly for Management review.

Public Relation and Networking is the most important.


Timing of Office 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., discipline is very important.

Working on all Holidays and making the most of it. Sunday also might be working can take off 1 (one) Week Day (Thursday/Other Day).

Festivals Will be working and taking Leave will be tough during Festivals.
