job responsibilities:

 represent the home credit brand at assigned point of sale and develop the relationship with dealer inform about the finance options to the walk-in customers

 collect & submit information / documents as per the loan process.

 checking eligibility of the interested customers.

 follow-up with the interested customers to complete the process.

 distribution of marketing material in the vicinity to increase footfall in the store.

 handling customer query and complaint

 ensuring right selection and assessment of customers.

 maintaining customer risk/ delinquency at the levels as per company’s benchmark.

desired profile:

 10+2 pass out with 6 months of experience in sales

 graduate fresher can also apply

 basic computer knowledge

 clear speech, can communicate with customer

 basic mathematical ability like simple calculations

 hunger to succeed – money / career / incentives
