Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive Solar Products

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy products/services over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining solar benefits, scheduling appointments, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar energy solutions.
Answer inquiries regarding solar systems, installation processes, and pricing.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Schedule appointments for site surveys or sales consultations.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Coordinate with the field sales team and installation department.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role (solar experience preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply.
Fluent in [local language] and English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or graduate degree.
Prior experience in solar energy or renewable energy sector.
Strong sales track record.
