Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, effectively presenting our [Specify Products/Services, ., IT solutions, industrial equipment, financial products, educational services, consumer goods], and consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Actively identify, research, and prospect for new sales leads and potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings within the Pune market.
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:
Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce our products/services and understand their business needs and challenges.
Conduct effective client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (both in-person and virtual) to showcase the value proposition.
Listen attentively to client requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their specific pain points.
Sales Cycle Management & Closure:
Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Lead negotiations to address client concerns, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals.
Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the operations/service delivery team.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
Address client queries and minor issues promptly, escalating complex matters to appropriate departments.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Adhere to all company policies and sales procedures.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Participate in sales training programs and workshops as required.
