Sales Document Executive

Job Description

Candidates with Automotive Background Preferred* (4 - 6years Experience)

Liaison with Empaneled Dealer for timely collection of documents

Customer Engagement to ensure documentation requirements are properly closed

Close Coordination with the various lenders to ensure timely submission of completed RC Identify and manage the RTA Agents for closure of RC Transfer Training of Sales team on functional requirements

Safe custody and adhering to the process for RC handling and Cross function in terms of handling FI process for home and office

Adhering to the timelines and accuracy in various MIS reporting to Corporate Office Coordination with sales team to ensure business resolution happens in time without compromising on the process prescribed

Ensure no deviation or delegation in any of the case without the prior approval of corporate office

Calculation of PDD Charges including maintenance of Master and Pay-out of charges

Disposal of RC as per the process to Lender Adhering to the Operations processes and policy

Technical / Functional Skills RTO Processes, well networked in the Used Car Industry
