Responsible for arranging meetings and demonstration over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telecaller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
1. Conduct potential or existing customers to inform them about our interactive panels.
2. Answer questions about the products of the company.
3. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Enter and update customer information in the database.
5. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
6. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

BSC/IT/fresher Mcom

Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
Good team development and leadership skills.
Computer literacy.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
