• responsible for activation of trading account of clients, assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand the dynamics of market
• responsible for cross selling products like insurance, mutual fund, pms, sips, ipo’s etc to the existing set of customers
• responsible for handling hni clients too
• coordinating with clients for their daily trades in equity.
• help customers to execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers.
• achieve healthy revenues without compromising on client’s profitability.
• making confirmation of orders and trades done during the day to clients.
• advising clients with requisite information regarding the market condition.
• acquiring new clients through existing client’s referrals.
• activating inactive clients through regular follow up.
• regularly following-up with clients and handling their queries.
• keep abreast of micro & macro economic indicators, global & domestic financial markets and impact on stock movements.
