sardar grilled is looking for an experienced and dedicated restaurant captain to lead the service team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. the ideal candidate should be well-versed in restaurant service standards, customer handling, and team management.
key responsibilities
supervise and manage the service staff during duty hours.
take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
train, guide, and motivate service staff to maintain service quality.
handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
ensure tables, cutlery, and service areas are clean and well-presented.
coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food & beverage service.
maintain records, basic reports, and billing using computer systems.
monitor daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
skills & requirements
minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (restaurant captain/restaurant supervisor).
strong knowledge of f&b service standards.
good communication & interpersonal skills.
basic computer knowledge (billing, order entry, reporting).
ability to handle pressure and manage staff effectively.
