The Resource Person's primary role is to assist teachers and faculty in integrating technology into the classroom and enhancing the overall educational experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education technology, have good communication skills, and be able to train and support faculty in the effective use of digital tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities Summary:

1. Technology Integration – Help teachers incorporate technology into lessons, recommend tools, and create tech-based educational initiatives.

2. Training & Support – Conduct tech training sessions, provide ongoing support, and develop instructional materials for faculty.

3. Curriculum Development – Assist in creating tech-enhanced curricula aligned with institutional goals and stay updated on ed-tech trends.

4. Resource Management – Oversee educational tech resources and collaborate with IT to maintain infrastructure.

5. Student Engagement – Support students in using technology, assist with projects, and promote digital literacy.

6. Collaboration & Communication – Coordinate with staff, understand faculty needs, and contribute to meetings and professional development.
