- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users at client locations for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.) and networking equipment.
- Act as the first point of contact for all on-site technical issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades as required.
- Resolve basic network-related incidents (IP conflicts, connectivity drops, etc.) and escalate complex issues to the network team.
- Address and resolve hardware/software-related issues reported by users efficiently.
- Maintain logs of user complaints and solutions provided through ticketing systems.
- Install and configure licensed software, drivers, and antivirus tools.
- Ensure updates and patches are applied as per security standards.
- Perform routine checks on system health, backup status, antivirus updates, and disk usage.
- Maintain records of IT assets, including deployment, movement, and disposal.
- Coordinate with the central IT team for hardware replacements or upgrades.
- Work closely with client representatives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical input for IT-related discussions or planning at the client site.
- Ensure all incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes are properly documented.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers or vendors when required.
- Follow up on service calls and vendor support cases to ensure timely closure.
