role & responsibilities:

researching (calling companies and online research) and updating projects of construction

sector as assigned to meet the set targets.

• obtaining the required information through telephonic interviews and data entry of assigned

construction projects

• participate in taking new initiatives in alignment with business requirement

• building relationships within the industry to streamline project intelligence gathering and to identify

projects in the earliest possible stages.

• gathering data from online and other sources.

• verification of data as assigned to ensure compliance with the company's data policy and standard.

• providing daily report & presentation as required

• in addition to the above the intern is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her manager.

requirements:

education: bachelor’s degree

experience:0 - 2 years in data entering, cold calling, research, data recording

soft skills: strong telephone skills. basic computer kills and knowledge of ms office

qualities: target oriented. systematic. persistent. follow-through.

technical: skills comfortable using gmail, social media and spreadsheets

languages: excellent written and spoken business english.

personality: this job requires self-confidence and positivity. a “ can-do” attitude.

able to strike meaningful conversations starting with a cold call.

special skills :a strong voice is a useful attribute in this position.
