1. The candidate should have experience in client relation handling
2. The incumbent should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients on various levels and explain them the strategies and introduce them to new and upcoming new strategies so that the clients are up-to-date with our products.
3. The incumbent must possess strong problem solving and analyzing skills so that they can assess the technical or business-related problems, the client is facing and come up with the possible solution, and provide them.
4. Should be able to handle all technical queries tactfully and resolve them on time.
5. The incumbent must be able to come out with ways in order to increase the market presence of the product.
6. Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
7. Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with attention to detail.
8. The incumbent should have good knowledge of how to use tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and basic knowledge of social media tools.
9. The incumbent would be required to train the new junior subordinates.
10. Honest, ethical, and dependable.

12. Will be responsible for all the student’s queries & issues after sales are completed.
13. Daily welcome calls and complete the calls for the orders received till 6 PM.
14. Share the required messages on Watsapp and add the subscribers on the telegram channel as well.
15. Available for all the queries and do your best to counsel the student in the first place.
16. Revert the mails received too.
17. Create and mention the data spreadsheet of each subscriber and keep it updated.
18. Record the videos for motivation into circulation.
19. Take the feedback from the subscriber on the play store or video feedback as required by the marketing dept.
20. Be attentive all the time and be sensitive enough and understand student issues as well as company policies.
21. Promote the app and its updates among students in the form
