Job Description

1. Front Desk Operations

Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or person.

Answer and route phone calls professionally.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and reservations.

Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.

Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.

3. Customer Service & Communication

4. Security & Compliance

Monitor visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required.

Ensure security protocols are followed, including screening guests when necessary.

5. Office Coordination

Order and maintain office supplies.

Assist in coordinating staff events or meetings.

Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
