Position: Purchase/Procurement Manager

Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan

Salary- LPA

Preferred Industry- Electrical/Electronic Wire Harness

Experience: At least 3-5 yrs into Wire Harness

Role & Responsibilities:

? New vendor development, Vendor management

? Cost negotiation, PO Placing

? Manage Procurement Forecasting

? Decide Purchase action plan according to consumption

? Price Analysis, Material management

? Follow-up with vendor for timely Delivery

? Decide Delivery schedule.

? Inventory Management, Store Management

? Verify entire invoice according to Purchase order along with Proper GRN.

? Prepare monthly Purchase Data and share with HOD.

? Logistics management.

? Import export coordination etc.

Profile:

New vendor development, cost negotiation along with follow up with vendor, making

PO,RFQ Maintain all the monthly purchase data along with total saving of the month,

Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.

Adhering to all company policies. With particular regard to accounting procedures.

Administering the online purchasing systems.

Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required in the plant.
