position: purchase/procurement manager

location: neemrana, rajasthan

salary- lpa

preferred industry- electrical/electronic wire harness

experience: at least 3-5 yrs into wire harness

role & responsibilities:

? new vendor development, vendor management

? cost negotiation, po placing

? manage procurement forecasting

? decide purchase action plan according to consumption

? price analysis, material management

? follow-up with vendor for timely delivery

? decide delivery schedule.

? inventory management, store management

? verify entire invoice according to purchase order along with proper grn.

? prepare monthly purchase data and share with hod.

? logistics management.

? import export coordination etc.

profile:

• new vendor development, cost negotiation along with follow up with vendor, making

• po,rfq maintain all the monthly purchase data along with total saving of the month,

• establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.

• adhering to all company policies. with particular regard to accounting procedures.

• administering the online purchasing systems.

• tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required in the plant.
