* Handle the purchase of medicines, medical equipment, and consumables for all hospitals in the group.

* Make sure items are bought at the best price without compromising on quality.

* Build and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

* Work closely with pharmacy teams at each hospital to understand their needs.

* Keep track of purchases and make sure everything is delivered on time.

* Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers.

* Maintain proper records and follow all rules and guidelines related to hospital buying.

* Monitor the overall pharmacy purchase budget (minimum ₹20 Lakhs monthly).

* Stay updated with new products, pricing trends, and supplier options.
