Job Description

identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.

negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.

coordinate with engineering and production teams to understand material requirements.

monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, or invoice discrepancies.

develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

qualifications:

bachelor��s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

2 - 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

strong understanding of technical specifications and engineering materials.

proficiency in ms office and erp systems (., sap, oracle).

excellent negotiation and communication skills.

ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
