Job Description

Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of solar PV systems (rooftop, ground-mounted, and hybrid systems).

Supervise site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Review and validate technical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and BOQs.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility analysis for new projects.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams.

Manage vendor relationships, material procurement, and contractor supervision.

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and quality control.

Perform project cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.

Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of solar systems post-installation.

Handle client communication, site reports, and project documentation.

Support junior engineers and technicians with technical guidance.

Liaise with DISCOMs, inspectors, and statutory authorities for approvals and net metering.
