- Lead and deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses, employing diverse pedagogical methods and integrating industry-oriented content.

- Spearhead curriculum design, developing and revising syllabi, manuals, case studies, and assessment structures to align with evolving academic and regulatory norms.

- Conduct advanced original research, secure external funding through grant proposals, and publish in high-impact peerreviewed journals.

- Present at national and international conferences, and lead interdisciplinary, industryrelevant research initiatives.

- Mentor junior faculty and teaching assistants, supporting their professional growth and teaching effectiveness.

- Serve on key academic and strategic bodies such as IQAC, Academic Council, Research Committees, and curriculum committees.

- Participate in university governance, policy formation, accreditation, and program evaluation processes.

- Act as a department head, research centre head, or programme leader, overseeing faculty, research, infrastructure, and academic operations.

- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, lab and facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with institutional standards.

- Build industry and community partnerships for collaborative research, internships, guest lectures, and consultancy projects.

- Represent RGU in academic forums, professional associations, public lectures, and media interactions.

- Provide academic advising, career guidance, and personal mentorship to students, including setting aside designated office hours.

- Oversee student evaluations, thesis defenses (vivas), and ensure academic integrity.

- Stay current with advancements in pedagogy, technology-enhanced learning, and disciplinary trends. Participate in faculty development workshops and refresher training.
