Job Description

1- planning- daily, weekly monthly

2- plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory

3- root cause analysis

4- maximize productivity of machinery and workers.

5- design and implement cost-reductive changes.

6- remove waste from the processes

7- support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities

8- improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout

9- undertake special projects as required

10- accept service request from customers & tepl employees in systems

11- assign work/call to production engineers as per the schedule in the system & competency

12- make their daily plan and get optimum work from the production technicians

13- maintain coordination with sales team/service team and clients.

14- maintain records of all activities and functions of production & quality complying to procedure

15- brainstorms ideas to create solutions for identified problems
