What will be your contribution?

We are looking for a Sr. Executive with expertise in process handling for our organization. You will work with our process excellence team throughout and help in achieving the best output.

Roles and responsibilities:

Creating, updating, and reinforcing system and processes in company's internal knowledge base.

Handle task management software of the company by creating, managing and auditing tasks in the software.

Maintaining KRA of every team member and updating it timely.

Preparing flow charts or videos for processes.

Providing training to team members for new or existing processes.

Formulating strategies to improve efficiency through task management.

Maintain Coordination across departments to improve the processes for better efficiency.

Ensure processes are being adhered to effectively.

What are we looking for?

Experience: Minimum 1year experience in arelated field.

Educational qualification: Bachelors Degree.

Language Skills: Above average level of English (Written and Verbal)

Problem-solving skills.

Communication skills.

Self-starter and go-getter.
