• Job Location: Thanisandra Main Road, Bangalore

• Job Title: Executive – Pre-Sales (Telecaller)

• Salary: – 3 LPA + Incentives

• Education: Any graduate

• Languages: Kannada, English, Telugu, (Telugu is Mandatory)

• Professional Experience:

o Candidate should possess minimum of 2 year of work experience in real estate Pre-sales role

o Good communication skills (written and Oral)

• Responsibilities:

o Handling in bound and out bound calls

o Day to day interactions with the Customers to share project specific details

o Responsible for handling all customers inquiries

o Follow up with clients for Site visit & Revisits

o Coordination with sales team for lead reallocations and site visits

o Follow up with customers to further closure process

o Should be adept at client Relationship Management
