o candidate should possess minimum of 2 year of work experience in real estate pre-sales role

• responsibilities:

o handling in bound and out bound calls

o day to day interactions with the customers to share project specific details

o responsible for handling all customers inquiries

o follow up with clients for site visit & revisits

o coordination with sales team for lead reallocations and site visits

o follow up with customers to further closure process

o should be adept at client relationship management
