Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with property seekers from our database or leads provided.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences regarding property needs.
Qualify leads based on interest level, timeline, and readiness to buy.
Educate potential clients about our property offerings, USPs, and ongoing projects.
Maintain a detailed record of interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
Coordinate with the sales/field team to schedule site visits or further discussions.
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and push them towards conversion.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
A friendly and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic understanding of the real estate sector is a plus (training will be provided).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.
Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
