1. Managing and organizing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive
2. Screening and responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive
3. Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
4. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
5. Conducting research and compiling reports as needed
6. Providing administrative support, such as filing, copying, and data entry
7. Managing expense reports and reimbursements
