• Convert course enquiries into admissions.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• To speak with aspiring students and give them the right career options for Graduate and Post Graduate courses.
• Inform, educate and counsel students/parents for the right courses
• To convince students and be able to generate the interest towards higher education
• To maintain accurate MISs and Dashboards. Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.
• To maintain high standards of quality and accuracy at all levels
• Assisting and supporting the management by meeting and communicating with visitors, prospective parents, and students.
• Should be able to give all the information of all the courses available and guide them to the students to choose the right one.
• Undertaking most responsibilities generally expected of the front office/ marketing and admission staff.
• Converting admission visits to informed admissions . should be able to convert walk-ins into sales.
• Carrying out any other duties as assigned.
• Encouraging telephonic leads and leads from other sources to walk into the centre for counselling
