Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Medical Representative will promote and sell the company's medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. The main goal of the Medical Representative is to ensure that the company's products are effectively marketed and sales targets are achieved through effective communication, strong relationship building and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key decision-makers within assigned territory.

• writing reports and other documents.

• Generate sales leads and create a pipeline of prospects to deliver quarterly and yearly sales targets.

• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's products to healthcare professionals and institutions.

• Identify and resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and communicating solutions to the customer.

• Continuously gather market intelligence, evaluate trends, and competitor activities to formulate and implement strategies for achieving sales and marketing objectives.

• Accurately forecast sales and assist in the development of selling strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Work closely with other departments like the product development team, customer service team, and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of the products.

• Attend conferences, meetings, and training sessions to keep up-to-date with industry trends and the company's products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( . Pharmacy, Biology and Life Sciences).

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical sales and marketing role.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare institutions, professionals and patients in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Good understanding of regulatory compliance.
