A. Job Responsibilities:
Explaining and demonstrating features of product to Doctors, hospitals etc.
Implement business plans and related activities in line with company goals like customer
events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed
objectives.
Have a understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products. Maintain and
enhance knowledge of product.
Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship.
Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and
individual recognition
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key
demographics in line with company goals.
Research and analyse data on market trends, new market opportunities / directions, and
competitive moves to inform business strategy
Develop detailed competitive and market views through compilation of data from multiple
sources including primary and secondary market research, sales, marketing, and internal /
external data sources
Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed
budgets and timescale
