Core Responsibilities:
1. Execute end-to-end B2B sales cycle for enterprise IT services including custom software development, application modernization, and staff augmentation
2. Conduct sales activities for our in-house software products including demos, pricing negotiations, and implementation planning
3. Identify and nurture potential clients through strategic outreach
4. Create technical proposals, SOWs, and SLAs
5. Handle contract negotiations and closure
6. Maintain sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
7. Create and deliver solution presentations to C-level executives
8. Basic marketing activities including LinkedIn content creation
Required Experience & Skills:
1. 5-6 years in enterprise IT services/software solutions sales
2. Proven track record of closing large IT service deals (25L+)
3. Experience in software product sales and licensing models
4. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
5. Concept of IT Technology (Java, AI, Data Science, React, etc)
6. Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
7. Strong negotiation capabilities
8. Fluent English communication, verbal & written
