Job Description

Interacting With Existing Clients for Post Booking Queries Related To Legal and Payment, replying on E-Mails or over the phone.

Resolving Queries and complaints pertaining to the property.

Responsible For Preparation of NOC, Tripartite Agreements, Etc. For Bank Loan Purpose

Responsible For Interaction with Customers On Booking, Quotation And Payment Schedule Preparation.

Responsible For Maintaining All Details And Transactions Of Customers

Responsible For Preparation Of Receipt, Payment Sheet updation & Handover Of Cheques.

Responsible For Sending Demand Letters, Reminders, Cancellation Letters, Payment Receipts And Customers Dealing, All Back Office Activities, To Maintain Sales Record And Customer Details, Refunds, Cancellations Of Units Etc.

Responsible For Sending Demand To Customers By Courier And Email.

Responsible To Ensure Complete Customer Relationship Management.
