Business Development & Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, industry events, and online research.
Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, both new acquisitions and existing accounts.
Understand and research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:
Conduct initial sales meetings and engage with potential clients to understand their specific business challenges and IT requirements.
Assess client IT needs and make tailored recommendations for suitable IT products, services, and solutions (., software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, IT infrastructure management).
Answer technical questions the client might have, translating complex IT concepts into understandable business benefits.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations (virtual or in-person), and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to secure profitable deals that meet both client needs and company goals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (., marketing, pre-sales, technical support, product development) to ensure a seamless customer journey and aligned sales strategies.
Relationship Management & After-Sales Support:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively and professionally.
In some cases, provide technical advice or coordinate post-sales support, ensuring successful implementation and client retention.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Establish and work towards achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in a CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer insights, and sales strategies.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and industry publications.
