Job location: Andheri (E).

*Responsible for handling IT requirements.

*Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

*Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like Linkedin, Google Groups etc..

*Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

*Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

*Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.

*Mandatory skills: Fluency in English is a must.

Minimum Requirements:

*Minimum Experience 2-5+ yrs.

*Should have excellent communication skills

*Should be from IT Recruitment background
