*key responsibilities:*

* provide first-level support for desktop/laptop issues (windows os)

* install and configure software and hardware

* set up and troubleshoot email accounts (outlook/gmail)

* basic network support – lan, wi-fi connectivity

* assist users with printer/scanner setup and issues

* maintain it inventory and logs

* coordinate with senior it team for escalated issues
