duties & responsibilities: -
• provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
• log bugs and enhancement requests
• perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
• resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
• diagnosing outlook related issues.
• resolving network issues.
• identifying hardware and software solutions.
• installing and configuring hardware and software.
• speaking to employees to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• talking employees through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• following up with employees to ensure the problem is resolved.
• replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
• managing multiple cases at one time.
• keeping inventory of it assets.
requirement: -
• good communication skills
• strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• graduate or equivalent degree
• knowledge of windows linux & mac os, microsoft office 365, operational skills on video
communication equipment’s, cisco webex
• basic citrix knowledge desirable
• knowledge of networking
• knowledge of teams, zoom
