a family run manufacturing organization in pune (turnover @ rs 3500 cr, 35 plants across india, 3200 management staff) has following urgent requirements.

1. ir head (ctc range 25-30 lpa)

the role comprises of handling strategic and operational ir with exposure to lts, contract labour management, compliances, capability building of workmen, candidate should be msw/ mlm with 20-22 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry especially in automobile/ auto components.

2. manager – generalist role (ctc range 12-14 lpa)

the role comprises of end to end imple

the candidate should be mba hr with 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing industries especially b2b environment (candidates with engineering background and/or having moved from business to

hr will be given preference)

3. manager – l&d, od, leadership development. talent management (ctc range 12-14 lpa)

the role comprises of end to end implementation of l&d process, experience in competency mapping and assessment, development and assessment centres, talent management and succession planning.

the candidate should be mba hr with 8-10 years of experience with experience in manufacturing industry.
