candidate requirements
• 1+ years of experience as an international sales tele caller or any similar role.
• if a candidate has experience in the same domain selling tender subscriptions will be preferred.
• proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
• very good spoken and written english communication skills
• speaking other international languages will be a great advantage.
• sound knowledge of indian and international companies, their product & services will be an advantage.
• ability to use computer search tools to effectively understand prospects / clients’ product and services
• knowledge of computer programs like crm and telephone systems.
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
