Responsibilities:
Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective and existing clients in Nashik to understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and insurance requirements (., life cover, health protection, motor insurance, property insurance, business insurance).
Product Knowledge & Recommendation: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various insurance products offered by the company and the market. Recommend and present suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs and budget.
Sales & Policy Issuance: Drive sales targets by effectively persuading clients on the benefits of recommended policies. Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed for policy issuance.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, proactive communication, and excellent post-sales service.
Claims Assistance: Provide guidance and support to clients during the claims process, assisting them with necessary documentation and liaising with the claims department to ensure smooth resolution.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on insurance market trends, new product launches, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes relevant to the Nashik and Indian insurance sector.
Compliance & Ethics: Adhere strictly to all IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines in all client interactions and transactions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Branch/Sales Manager.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community engagement, and other prospecting methods within Nashik.
Financial Planning Integration (if applicable): For roles that also involve financial planning, integrate insurance solutions as part of a broader financial planning strategy for clients.
Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and regulatory understanding.
Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate effectively and persuasively with clients and colleagues in Marathi and Hindi. Basic English may be required for internal documentation and communication with other departments.
