job description:-

• counselor for permanent residency to canada & australia

• ability to explain various visa process, helping the clients to understand immigration procedure for canada.

• ¬handle client over the phone, emails, and face to face counseling

• update the client about immigration information like their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility and their chances of immigration.

• interact with professionals/clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.

• apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities.

• provide updates to clients via emails and phone calls.

• advice on the overseas education options available to relevant clients.

• call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.

• give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

• provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs

• achieve excellent customer service relationship

• making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided & solve the queries regarding to visas.

• provide professional consultation to high net-worth clients.

• should have sales experience in visa and immigration industry

requirements:-

• minimum of three years experience.

• prior experience in overseas education / immigration / sales, recruitment or counseling.

• ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers

• excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

• familiarity with computers and the internet.

• sales oriented and target driven attitude

• outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

• team skills and strong relationship building skills.
