What The Role of HR

* Involves Assisting the internal team completely with human resource management and all related functions.

* Documenting, implementing, and maintaining company HR policies, rules and regulations.

* Assisting with manpower planning, recruitment and team management.

* Handling payroll related tasks and assignments.

* Building or streamlining elements of our candidate sourcing mix through online and offline platforms.

* Driving the hiring process, right from shortlisting candidates to new employee documentation and induction.

* On-boarding new talent and maintaining records of all documents.

* Constantly improving and monitoring employee relations with team members in multiple roles, including writing, editing and operations.

* Ensuring that staff training and development measures are in place for career support.

* Scheduling performance appraisals and monthly /weekly review meetings for all employees .

* Developing and implementing staff consultation and grievance procedures.

* Overseeing general discipline and adherence to company rules and policy.

* Developing plans to fine-tune the existing HR system and processes.
