Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, Follow-up, processing CV's, Updating /maintaining Internal Database etc.

Getting requirements & analyzing the skill sets of the requirements.

As a recruiter identify, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to specific job orders.

Periodic discussions and meetings with the clients to understand their requirements.

Identifying and sourcing prospective candidates using Company's database, Job portals, Job postings
