job responsibilities

we are seeking a motivated and driven non-it recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition. the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across non-technical roles. this role offers exposure to a wide range of industries, including industries such as finance, insurance, edtech, e-commerce and etc.

key responsibilities:

- source and screen candidates for non-it roles based on client requirements.

- conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

- manage the full recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation.

- maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.

- assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

- track and manage candidate progress in the recruitment system.

- coordinate with hr and hiring managers for smooth onboarding processes.
