Excellent Communications skills is must along with laptop

Update our internal databases of candidates on ATS and MIS

Screen resumes and application forms and shortlisting their profiles

Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

Post, update and remove job ads on different job portals, careers pages and social networks sites on regular basis to find relevant profiles

Prepare HR-related reports as needed

Aware of complete recruitment life cycle and aware of Hiring process till on boarding

Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

Participate in organizing company events and campus drives/ placement drives etc.

Target oriented and achieving monthly hiring target

Experience : 0 - 2 Years

Education : Professional Degree, Any Bachelor Degree, M.B.A/PGDM
