shipgig ventures pvt. ltd. is looking for the hr cum bd (project searching) profile (0- 1 year of experience) with good logical skills only female candidate. (urgent hiring!!)

note: 1. mba in hr or any 2 yrs computer science diploma/degree. 2. worked in an it firm.

· handle end to end recruitment process

· interview co-ordination with candidates

· analyzing and understanding requirements

· hr operations

· follow up with all the scheduled candidates and coordinate with them

· follow up with the candidates until end process.

· daily, weekly and monthly reporting

· good communication skills

· knowledge of ms word, excel.

· candidates have to work on freelancing sites like craigslist and guru for project searching.

· should have good technical knowledge & knack for learning.

· candidate must have knowledge of international and domestic bidding, ready to work on different portals, negotiating skill.

· following up clients on regular basis.

· searching for leads and sending e-mail to them on a daily basis. calling/ mailing/ texting clients and convincing them for projects.

· writing proposals and specifications

walk-in venue: shipgig ventures pvt ltd ,2nd floor ,h-35 sector-63 noida near electronic city metro station

walk-in time: 1 pm to 6 pm (monday to friday)
